As an extension of our expertise and capabilities in the anti-corrosion field, we have diversified into the field of fluoropolymer lining since 1989. Our factory, with advanced infrastructure in Ambattur, manufactures an extensive range of PTFE hoses.

Our expansion bellows, dip pipes, and much more are manufactured in Gummidipoondi. These include PTFE liners, tubes, Associated Plastic-lined pipes and fittings expansion joints, hoses, slide bearings, bellows, columns and vessels, coatings,lined pipes and fittings, spargers, and gaskets. and moulded and machined components.

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) is unique among all engineering plastics, including fluoropolymers. It is the perfect blend of useful physical and chemical properties and is known popularly as the “Polymer of the century”.

Hoses

MILIA develops and delivers high, medium, and low-pressure PTFE hoses for the aerospace, aviation, and defence sectors, including ground application hoses, turbo power generator hoses for equipment cooling, and high-pressure hoses used in unmanned aerial vehicles. MILIA hoses have outstanding chemical resistance, provide satisfactory services at a wide temperature range, are resistant to steam erosion, are flexible, provide economy in service, and have an unlimited shelf-life for practical purposes.

Lined Pipes and Fittings

MILIA develops lined pipes and fittings with several specialty products. Unlike the industrial standard, our DIP pipe is a one-piece lining without joints, making it more reliable than the one with joints. MILIA also offers expansion joints ranging from 50-600 NB sizes and slide bearings for heavy machinery installation. Based on your needs, we can customize the pipes and fittings with static/antistatic lining.
